Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Food Planning and Preparation**: * Collaborate with the head chef to design menus and meal plans. * Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards. * Supervise and coordinate ingredient pre-preparation. **Kitchen Team Management**: * Assign tasks to kitchen assistants and supervise their work. * Train and guide kitchen assistants or apprentices in cooking techniques. **Quality Control**: * Ensure dishes are served with appropriate presentation and flavor. * Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions. **Inventory Management**: * Track inventory of ingredients and kitchen utensils. * Order necessary supplies and supervise their receipt. **Regulatory Compliance**: * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordinate kitchen area cleaning after each service. **What are we looking for?** * At least 1\-2 years of prior experience in a similar role. * Candidates holding an officially recognized disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunities. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract due to medical leave * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
