Job Summary: Experienced security coordinator responsible for team management, incident resolution, and shift scheduling, with availability for travel. Key Responsibilities: 1. General coordination of security services. 2. Supervision of security personnel and shift scheduling. 3. Effective resolution of incidents. We are seeking a certified Security Professional (security guard, bodyguard, or security director) holding a Professional Identity Card (TIP) issued by the Ministry of the Interior. Prior experience in similar roles is highly desirable, and it is essential that you are available to travel between islands as required. Your main responsibilities will include overall coordination of security services. This involves effectively resolving any incidents that arise, ensuring all objectives are met. You will also supervise security guards, bodyguards, and other private security professionals to ensure they properly perform their assigned duties and obligations. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising service-related tasks, including shift scheduling and managing staff attendance and absences. We offer a full-time position with rotating shifts and an indefinite contract. To support your work, a company vehicle will be provided.
