We are seeking a responsible and versatile individual to perform maintenance tasks at a residential property in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Main responsibilities include caring for outdoor areas such as the solarium, swimming pool, access paths, and terraces, as well as performing minor repairs and monitoring the overall condition of the premises. The job involves carrying out daily maintenance tasks, monitoring and reporting incidents, and supporting preventive maintenance activities. Coordination with external service providers—for gardening, plumbing, or technical maintenance—will also be required when necessary. A permanent contract with flexible working hours is offered, along with an annual salary between 18.000 and 21.000 euros. Prior experience in residential environments, organizational skills, ability to work independently, and adherence to instructions are highly valued. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
