Anfi Group, Europe's leader in its sector, invites you to join a team of more than 800 employees from 21 countries, offering the highest quality in our exclusive luxury resorts. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- For our hotels, we are hiring an **Hotel Maintenance Officer**, with experience in the hotel sector, to ensure the proper functioning of all hotel facilities. We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills, for rotating shifts on a full-time basis. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities. * Repair of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and masonry systems. * Supervision of malfunctions in villas/apartments, common areas, and technical areas. * Compliance with quality and safety standards. * Support in resolving incidents reported by guests and colleagues. **Requirements:** --------------- * **Vocational Training in Electricity MANDATORY** * Training and/or experience in plumbing (plumbing installer, manufacturing and assembly, heat production installations, thermal and fluid installations, etc.) * Knowledge and/or experience in masonry/carpentry work. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations. **What we offer:** --------------------- * Full-time contract for 40 hours per week with 2 days off * Parking, breakfast, and uniform * Working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, with one week of rotating afternoon shifts from 16:00 to 00:00 * Salary €1,983 gross per month in 12 payments * Continuous training in hotel maintenance. * Positive working environment and opportunities for growth in the tourism sector. **Join the Anfi Group** If you are passionate about **hotel general maintenance, quality service, and being part of an international team**, this is your opportunity to grow with us and leave your mark on our guests' experience! **Send your CV and become part of Grupo Anfi, where excellence is lived every day.** JOIN THE ANFI DEL MAR TEAM!
