




**Description:** ---------------- Princess Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Second Maître for our hotel in the Taurito area. Key responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Maître on departmental leadership, planning, organization, and control functions. * Manage and participate in billing, collections, reconciliation, and settlement of revenue. * Conduct inventories and controls of materials, goods, etc., used within the department under your responsibility. * Serve, advise on, and be knowledgeable about the hotel’s cocktail menu. * Place orders for goods and carry out procurement tasks as assigned. * Perform customer service duties specific to the service operation. * Participate in the professional development of staff under your supervision. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by bar staff.
