Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily supervision of the cleaning and laundry teams. * Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure proper adherence to the hotel’s quality standards. * Monitor the condition of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they are ready for guests. * Act as substitute for the Housekeeping Manager during their absence, assuming departmental operational management responsibilities. * Manage inventories of amenities, linens, and supplies, collaborating on restocking requests. * Conduct quality audits and incident follow-ups, proposing continuous improvements. * Coordinate with Reception, Maintenance, and other departments to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with the establishment’s hygiene, safety, and sustainability regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in the hotel industry. * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Knowledge of hotel cleaning, quality, and guest service standards. * Ability to resolve operational issues and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a growing company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
