As a **Construction Manager**, you will support and coordinate on-site production, ensuring effective planning and execution aligned with established standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the key liaison between daily operations and project leadership, ensuring timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and continuous identification of improvements. **What will you do each day?** * Plan, organize, and optimize construction execution, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * Conduct daily supervision of works, ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. * Manage human and material resources, ensuring proper allocation and efficient use. * Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring correct execution and alignment with the project. * Analyze progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions regarding timelines, costs, or resources. * Anticipate operational risks and propose preventive measures. * Act as the direct point of contact with suppliers and external stakeholders, as well as internal departments involved. * Continuously monitor the schedule and report relevant information to the Project Manager. * Identify opportunities for improvement in construction processes and operational efficiency. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. Additional training in project management or construction planning is desirable. * 3–5 years of experience in construction production or execution. Experience in construction planning, monitoring, team coordination, and quality control. Hotel-sector project experience is a plus. * Knowledge of construction planning, cost control, resource management, and occupational health and safety regulations. Experience coordinating contractors and monitoring schedules. * Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency. English proficiency is valued. * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with construction project management and site control tools is a plus.
