




### **Join our team!** At Estel Ingeniería y Obra, a leading company in integrated installations for high-end hotel and residential projects, we are seeking a Site Manager to coordinate operations in the Canary Islands. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and technical-economic control of assigned projects, as well as for organizing teams, accommodations, and resources related to relocated personnel. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the execution of MEP installation works, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule standards. * Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity and on-site safety. * Plan and monitor the overall project schedule in coordination with the technical and production departments. * Economic management of projects: certifications, measurements, comparisons, and financial closure. * Manage technical and operational relationships with clients, site supervisors, and local suppliers. * Ensure availability and organization of accommodations for relocated staff, material resources, and auxiliary means. * Provide periodic progress reports to Production Management and coordinate with Technical Office and Procurement. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of execution and site coordination processes. #### **Requirements** * Technical education: Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Installations, Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing installation works within high-end hotel or residential projects. * In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical installations, and control systems. * Leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented, autonomous, and capable of fluent communication with clients and management. * Availability for travel within the Canary Islands. * English proficiency and familiarity with management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Office, etc.) are advantageous. #### **We Offer** * High-profile projects in the luxury hotel and residential sector. * The opportunity to join a leading international company in integrated installations. * Indefinite contract and competitive working conditions based on qualifications.
