We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills who wants to join our Human Resources team and add value in three key areas: recruitment, training, and personnel administration. Your main responsibilities will be: * Support recruitment and selection processes: posting job offers, resume screening, interviews, and report preparation. * Support the coordination of internal training plans. * Assist in personnel administrative management: contracts, payroll, social security registrations/cancellations, vacation and absence tracking. * Advise employees and resolve inquiries related to their employment lifecycle. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. WHAT DO YOU NEED BEFORE STARTING? EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, managing recruitment, training, and personnel administration processes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Solid knowledge of current labor legislation. * Advanced proficiency in office tools (especially Excel). * Experience using HR management software. * Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. * Organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. VALUABLE SKILLS: * Prior experience using Epsilon and/or Bizneo HR human resources management systems. * Additional training in interview techniques, talent development, or subsidized training management (FUNDAE).
