If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Cook/Chef for a summer camp to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and tools. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience in hospitality, collective catering, restaurant operations, or related fields. 1–2 years of relevant experience is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Weekly working hours: 30/35h (Monday to Friday).
