Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering multiple vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Conduct periodic inspections of rooms, common areas, kitchens, and laundries. * Perform maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and painting, documenting all interventions. * Anticipate failures and propose improvements. * Respond to incidents and repair electrical systems, water supply, HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, locks, faucets, and other components. * Assist in emergencies (e.g., water outages, power failures, leaks, etc.) **Facilities and Equipment** * Supervise and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, VRV, split units), elevators, pumps, pressure booster sets, and electrical panels. * Ensure fire protection, gas, and ventilation systems comply with safety and energy efficiency regulations. * Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reception to address room-related incidents. * Support Kitchen and Food & Beverage departments in repairing machinery and equipment. * Coordinate external interventions with Management and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) teams. * Attend technical inspections and audits. **Management and Control** * Manage materials, tools, and spare parts, ordering supplies as needed. * Complete work reports and submit incident reports to the Maintenance Manager. * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Other Duties** * Carry out painting, carpentry, masonry, or locksmithing tasks. * Maintain order in workshops and storage areas. * Assist with setups or events (e.g., sockets, lighting, furniture, etc.). * Cover on-call duties or shifts outside regular hours when required. **What Are We Looking For?** * Proven experience as a maintenance technician in hotels. * Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and general maintenance systems. * Professional proficiency with standard tools and equipment. * Secondary education or equivalent; certification in HVAC, building maintenance, or related fields is preferred. * Maintenance certification is an advantage. **What Do We Offer?** Interim Contract.
