




**Description:** ---------------- At **CAETSU TWO**, we are looking for a **Google Ads Specialist** to join our digital marketing team to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns (leads, sales, qualified traffic). You will be the go-to expert for everything related to **Search**, **PMax**, **Demand Gen**, and **Display**, collaborating closely with account teams, data, and creative to drive growth for our clients’ businesses. What would your **RESPONSIBILITIES** be? **Planning and Strategy:** * Define Google Ads strategy aligned with business objectives: awareness, consideration, and performance (leads/sales). * Structure accounts, campaigns, and ad groups logically and scalably. * Formulate hypotheses for improvement and develop testing roadmaps (messaging, bidding, landing pages, audiences). **Campaign Management and Optimization:** * Collaborate on campaign architecture design (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen) with a Lead Generation mindset, always prioritizing contact quality. * Optimize daily based on KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, traffic quality, etc. * Advanced bid and budget management, audience, location, device, and feed-based segmentation. **Measurement, Data, and Tracking:** * Configure conversions and key events in GA4 / Google Ads (conversion imports, goals, events). * Coordinate with the Data/Tech team to ensure proper functioning of GTM, conversion tracking, and Floodlight / CM360 / Search360. * Analyze results, identify insights, and propose ongoing optimization plans. **Reporting and Internal Consulting:** * Be curious, capable of solving complex measurement problems, and proficient in tools such as Looker. * Prepare clear, actionable periodic reports for both internal teams and clients. * Translate data into business language: what is happening, why, and what we will do next. * Provide strategic input during internal and client meetings regarding paid media and the digital funnel. **Coordination with Other Channels:** * Collaborate closely with Social Ads, Programmatic, and Creative teams to ensure a consistent full-funnel strategy. * Provide recommendations on landing pages, messaging, and customer journeys to improve conversion.
