The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Part-time schedule (approximately 35 hours per week, depending on the number of camps held in June and July). * Intensive morning schedule from Monday to Friday (between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM). * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Temporary contract, from June 22 to July 31. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices.
