As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in managing and maintaining the hotel’s facilities and equipment, following instructions from the department head. What will be your duties and responsibilities? Strictly comply with occupational safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Always deliver correct and professional service. Competently, independently, and responsibly resolve maintenance incident reports. Carry out tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance. Daily monitoring of the machinery room. Maintenance of pool motors. Collect maintenance incident reports and competently and independently carry out the necessary repairs. Provide technical assistance to guests in case of equipment issues in their rooms (resolve technical problems, answer questions, and provide instructions on proper device usage). REQUIREMENTS You are the ideal candidate if... You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position (hotel experience is a plus). You reside in Playa Blanca or its surrounding area. You hold relevant training for this position (vocational training related to the role—e.g., electricity, welding, plumbing, etc.). Rotating shifts: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
