What would your **RESPONSIBILITIES** be?
* **Lead the full payroll cycle:** Ensure accurate calculation, timely processing, and transparency in compensation for all group employees.
* **Manage the end-to-end contractual lifecycle:** Draft, process, and proactively follow up on employment contracts, extensions, and changes to employment conditions—paying close attention to every legal detail.
* **Serve as our liaison with official bodies:** Independently and flawlessly manage all daily procedures with Social Security (RED System), SEPE (Contrat@), mutual insurance companies, and IT management (medical leave and return notifications).
* **Optimize and maximize our tools:** Confidently administer our internal HR platforms (employee portal, time tracking, etc.), ensuring an agile, frictionless user experience.
* **Transform data into strategy:** Accurately calculate workforce costs and generate high-value metrics to support area planning and decision-making.

**Requirements:**
---------------
* Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the duties described in this job posting—especially within large organizations with a high employee volume.
* Proficiency in payroll software.
* Advanced spreadsheet skills.
Although not mandatory, we also value:
* University postgraduate degree in HR, Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
* Familiarity with A3 INNUVA software.
