




### **About the service** You will be responsible for attending to customers seated at the tables within your assigned area and managing the operations related to your position ### **Responsibilities** * Meet customer needs, whether in the buffet area or à la carte restaurant, etc. * Serve and advise customers to meet guest expectations through knowledge of the services offered * Comply with hygiene and safety rules and procedures * Knowledge and control of allergens * Responsible for delivering and collecting payments on invoices * Personalized customer service and ability to handle complaints and claims * All other duties assigned by the Maitre or service supervisor related to your position ### **Who we are looking for** Individuals who enjoy working in the hospitality industry, providing direct customer service, and who are eager to grow professionally.
