**Key Responsibilities of the Swimming Pool Technician:**
* Maintain facilities and equipment through regular inspection plans tailored to the specific needs of each piece of equipment.
* Take corrective actions as quickly as possible.
* Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and orderly through maintenance, repair, and renovation plans.
* Carry out tasks assigned under the hotel’s preventive maintenance plan.
* Respond immediately to all guest complaints.
* Replace obsolete or worn-out machinery and parts.
* Maintain consumption records by periodically checking consumption meters.
* Report observed equipment deficiencies to supervisors.
* Ensure compliance with water quality standards, both in terms of cleanliness and sanitary parameters.
* Keep assigned mechanical rooms clean and organized.
* Maintain swimming pools in clean condition, including performing required maintenance on pool overflow grates, adjacent showers, spa circulation systems, etc. (all aspects related to swimming pools and their operation).
* Perform legally mandated daily measurements and subsequently record them in the designated system to ensure proper documentation.
