Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in butchery. * Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strong customer orientation. * Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon. Responsibilities: * Receive raw materials according to the dispatch note for received meat. * Prepare meat for commercialization. * Set up and maintain the butcher counter display for customers. * Serve customers. * Place orders. * Record losses. * Participate in inventory counts. * Maintain merchandise and workstation in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Cut, slice, and slice meat pieces for proper display and commercialization. * Monitor product weighing. * Select and prepare, assemble, tie, and bread items as required for individual sale. * Place products in trays or on film, according to the established counter layout. * Label meat with names, types, and prices. * Check product expiration dates. * Keep all work tools clean and disinfected. * Package meat pieces or prepared products as required. * Perform product yield calculations. * Advise customers on primary culinary applications of each meat cut.
