Responsibilities * Organizing and leading sports and leisure activities. * Animating and coordinating groups of children, youth, and families. * Creating team-building games and activities suitable for different age groups. * Collaborating with other members of the counselor team. **Requirements:** * Desired qualification: Vocational Training Level I in socio-sports activities or equivalent. * Previous experience in tourism animation, sports instruction, or recreational activities (valued but not mandatory). * Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus). * Up-to-date Certificate of Criminal Record for Sexual Offenses. * Proactive, responsible, dynamic person with a positive attitude. **What we offer:** * Full-time contract (40 hours/week) with 2 rotating days off. * Work schedule in continuous shifts, either morning (10:00–18:00) or afternoon (13:00–21:00). * Free parking. * Uniform provided. * Inclusion of lunch or breakfast. * Opportunity for professional growth within a leading company in its sector.
