An established family-owned company in the bakery and pastry industry is seeking to incorporate a **BAKERY ASSISTANT** into its production team at its manufacturing facility located in Vega de San Mateo. If you are immediately available to work rotating shifts and have proven experience in bakeries or food production lines, we are waiting for you! Main responsibilities within the Bakery Team: \- Remove goods from cold storage chambers as required. \- Prepare orders of pre-baked bread for distribution to our retail outlets and/or customers. \- Load and unload boxes of frozen bread. \- Bake bread as needed. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in bakery production or food manufacturing lines will be positively valued. \- Candidates without prior industry experience may also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong motivation to train and develop professionally within the sector. \- Organizational skills to perform assembly-line work efficiently and systematically. \- Availability to work Monday through Friday, every other Saturday, and on holidays when operationally necessary. **We offer:** \- Temporary replacement contract with potential for extension and stabilization within the company. \- The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as part of an industry-leading group with over 100 years of history. \- Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development within the company.
