Administrative management at a maritime terminal **Administrative Assistant \- Boluda Maritime Terminals** **Location:** Tenerife We are looking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** to carry out administrative tasks at the Tenerife terminal. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Monitor maritime container entries and exits** at the terminal * **Contact carriers** * **File daily documentation** (delivery notes, acceptance notes, customs documents, etc.) * **Verify proper operation** of the terminal’s automatic gate system **Requirements:** * Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) * B2 level English proficiency and knowledge of customs documentation and/or warehouse management are desirable * Rotating shifts (mornings: 7:00–14:00 / afternoons: 13:30–20:30 / one Saturday per month: 07:00–14:00) **About Us:** Boluda Maritime Corporation traces its origins back to 1837 with the founding of Naviera Fos, a maritime transport company operating in Mediterranean ports.
