How will we do it? * We have designed a training program in which you will learn about each of our products: Home, Auto, Health, Funeral, Life, and Accident insurance, among others. * You will receive all the support you need from your manager and the training department, who will guide and train you to become a successful sales representative. What is a typical day like at our company? You will serve in-person customers visiting our offices in El Corte Inglés shopping centers to insure their purchases: televisions, computers, and a wide range of appliances. Do you have sales experience? We are looking for individuals with sales experience, eager to learn, motivated to work towards goals, and possessing strong sales aptitude and vocation. * Weekly rotating continuous shifts from Monday to Saturday (10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.) \+ Commercial opening holidays, with economic compensation of €45 per holiday worked. * Salary paid in 12 monthly installments (\+2 extra payments). * Location: El Corte Inglés shopping centers * Social benefits. * Onboarding program and career development plan.
