For this, the talent of our Teams is our main pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute independently and through team coordination to Customer satisfaction and sales development. **YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM!** Your responsibilities will include: Know and communicate the Sales Plan for each product family. Motivate and engage the team by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating seller availability on the sales floor, daily task compliance, always ensuring Safety (PPE, load handling, hazardous products...). Ensure proper Customer service, promoting sales according to their needs to guarantee satisfaction. Oversee the maintenance of your assigned section, guaranteeing and coordinating merchandise replenishment, and inventory accuracy through stock counts and proper demarcation management. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Minimum 3 years of experience in comprehensive sales point management in Large Distribution and/or Retail as Supervisor, Manager, Director, or similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience leading and coordinating teams at point of sale. Geographic mobility is essential to promote as Sector Manager across the national territory.
