Responsibilities: Development of architectural proposals and conceptual design. Preparation of drawings, 3D modeling, and technical documentation. Coordination with engineers, clients, and other professionals. Construction supervision and project monitoring. Compliance with urban and construction regulations. Requirements: Degree in Architecture. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience. Knowledge of construction and design regulations.
