We are seeking an agricultural engineer to fill a position as an agricultural production technician! Your mission? You will become part of Florette's agricultural team, directly contributing to the planning, monitoring, and supervision of horticultural crops, ensuring the highest quality and freshness of our products. Key responsibilities: * Participate in developing seeding and planting programs. * Verify the implementation of phytosanitary treatments, fertilization, and irrigation based on regular farm visits and available technical resources. * Plan and supervise farming activities (seeding, planting, harvesting, etc.) carried out on farms within the region. * Conduct weekly follow-up on assigned production and harvest indicators. * Collaborate with the Development Department by carrying out assigned trials. * Lead and promote Management Systems under your responsibility. * Enter daily work reports into the computer system for tasks under your supervision. Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Agriculture Ability to work in a team and make decisions in the field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Knowledge of standard agricultural tasks such as harvesting, planting, irrigation, phytosanitary treatments, etc. Knowledge of prevention, emergency plans, and food defense Immediate availability
