




**Description:** ---------------- In the Talent and Culture area of Grupo Pérez Moreno, a company with over 55 years of experience and presence in different sectors, we are seeking to hire an Equality Technician to join the Personnel Management department. The selected candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of Equality Plans across our various business units and joint ventures, thereby contributing to the development of an organizational culture. Responsibilities: * Develop, update, and monitor Equality Plans. * Coordinate and support the Equality Commissions within the group. * Collect and analyze information for assessments and pay audits. * Design and promote awareness and training initiatives on equality and work-life balance. * Collaborate in the implementation of measures and protocols related to equality and diversity.
