




Our mission: We are seeking to incorporate a highly qualified Pediatric Occupational Therapist into our team, with a strong commitment to the Neurodiversity paradigm and Ayres Sensory Integration. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of occupational performance areas, with special emphasis on sensory processing, executive functions, and self-regulation skills. Design, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention programs within the framework of Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI®), using an equipped therapy room. Implement early intervention models (0\-6 years), focusing on the family context and the child’s natural environments. Provide guidance and training to families and educational settings regarding sensory profiles and neurodivergent needs. Requirements: Mandatory: Qualification: Bachelor’s/Degree in Occupational Therapy. Master’s in Sensory Integration: Degree obtained or certification in advanced course/pending final exam (internationally or locally recognized certification will be positively considered). Master’s in Early Intervention: Degree obtained or in advanced stages of completion. Experience and approach: Specific training and/or experience in supporting neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD, etc.) from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based perspective. Skills: Proficiency in child development assessment, Sensory Profile, and use of the Early Intervention Therapy Room. Preferred qualifications: Additional training in specific ASD models (e.g., DIR Floortime, ESDM). Certification in other assessment tools (e.g., Executive Function Assessment).
