




We are seeking a person for an administrative assistant position at the Melenara Business Park. Professional training (Vocational Training Level II, Professional Modules, COU, or Secretarial Studies) or a similar qualification enabling the performance of the job duties is desirable. Proficiency in office software and user-level management programs is required. At least one year of prior experience in a similar role is also valued. The main responsibilities of this position include updating, recording, and storing information, as well as tasks such as photocopying, filing, text processing, and mail management. Responsibilities also include telephone reception, management of postal and electronic mail, incident resolution, and preparation of reports. A full-time work schedule of 38.5 hours per week is offered, distributed from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–16:00, and on Fridays, 8:00–14:00. The contract is temporary, covering a substitute position, with the possibility of extension. The annual gross salary is €16,576, paid in 14 installments.
