Purchasing of spare parts and stock control ### **Job Description** At Atlántico Autocentros, a network of workshops across the Canary Islands, we are looking for individuals to join our Workshop Advisor team at our Gran Canaria workshops. What profiles do we need? Individuals with experience in administrative functions, strong organizational skills, and customer service capabilities, accustomed to fast-paced environments and able to prioritize daily tasks. What responsibilities will they perform? * Providing customer service and advisory support upon vehicle entry into the workshop. * Conducting joint vehicle inspections with customers to identify required services. * Collaborating with the workshop team to organize work orders, thereby expediting repairs and minimizing customer waiting time. * Preparing quotations, invoices, and managing collections. * Purchasing spare parts and managing stock control. * Managing Rent-a-Car customers.
