Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed to the highest quality standards while strictly adhering to budgets and schedules. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Control: Supervise on-site work to ensure strict compliance with technical project specifications and current regulations. * Economic Management: Cost control, construction certifications, budget reviews, and liaison with suppliers/subcontractors. * Planning: Monitor Gantt charts to ensure timely delivery milestones without deviations. * Safety and Health: Coordinate and supervise implementation of all occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Documentation: Drafting of site minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book.
