Job Summary: We are seeking a computer technician for network, server, equipment, and application maintenance and support, including user assistance and support to the department head. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and installation of computer networks and systems 2. User technical support and assistance 3. Technical support to the department head in systems A qualified computer science professional is required to work in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Duties include maintenance and installation of networks, servers, equipment, workstations, and computer applications, as well as fixed and mobile telephony. The role also involves daily user support, maintaining daily operations of IT and telecommunications systems, and providing technical and managerial support to the department head in the systems area. Minimum requirements include a Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science. Experience with AVID television news systems and with user support in Active Directory will be valued. A full-time replacement contract is offered, with immediate commencement following completion of the selection process.
