Top Employer Europe 2025 **Job Description** We are leading an ambitious digital transformation program for a key public sector entity and are seeking a senior **Project Director** to lead the implementation, governance, and modernization of its digital services. This is a strategic role for a professional with a comprehensive vision of technology, capable of managing complex and multidisciplinary projects. **Role and Key Responsibilities** As service leader, you will be fully responsible for the successful execution of a multifaceted program, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will focus on leadership across the main pillars comprising the program. Coordination of the multidisciplinary teams within the Transformation Program focused on: * Strategic Consulting and Change Management * Implementation of the M365 suite * System Integration Projects * Maintenance and evolution of portals on the Liferay platform **Requirements** **Education and Certifications:** * **Official university degree:** Level 2 (Bachelor's) of MECES or Level 6 of EQF. (Credential evaluation required for foreign degrees). * **Valid PMI certification** (e.g., PMP®) or other advanced project management certifications. * Technical certifications from Microsoft (e.g., Azure, Security, M365) and/or Liferay DXP 7.4 will be highly valued. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum general experience of **twelve (12)** years in the IT sector. * At least **three (3)** years of experience in **service or complex program management roles** of similar nature, within the **public sector**. * **Essential proven experience** leading implementation, migration, and governance projects in large organizations. * Desirable: At least **three (3)** years of experience implementing and maintaining portals using Liferay DXP 7.4 technology in any of its modalities: On Premise, PaaS, or SaaS. **Other Requirements:** * **Residence** must be in **Las Palmas de Gran Canaria**. * **Availability** to work **3 to 4 days per week onsite** at the client's offices. * Strategic leadership skills, ability to engage at senior levels, and manage multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * ️ You will become part of a great team of professionals curious and motivated by technology. * You will work full-time with flexible hours and genuine remote work options. ‍ Training provided by the company so you can continue developing and progressing within the career path designed for you.
