At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate a **Construction Site Manager for Indutec in the Canary Islands.** **Main responsibilities include:** * Reviewing the project to be executed, identifying requirements, and interpreting the scope of work. * Studying and complying with directives issued by the Site Management Office. * Controlling and monitoring site costs. * Managing client relations, certifications, scheduling, variations, and final settlement of works. * Planning the works regarding timelines, required technical and financial resources, and monitoring progress. * Analyzing possible deviations from the plan and implementing corrective measures. * Contracting suppliers and subcontractors, managing on-site personnel and machinery, and organizing work teams. * Calculating productive output of the works, preparing monthly closings, and proposing certifications. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Engineering or an Industrial degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager. * Experience and knowledge in low-voltage and medium-voltage industrial installations, photovoltaic systems, fire protection systems (PCI), HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, etc. * Immediate availability to join. * Willingness to travel across the island. **What will you find if you join us?** Permanent employment contract from day one, full-time schedule Monday to Friday. **Competitive economic conditions:** We offer an attractive remuneration package, with a market-aligned salary adjusted to your experience and professional profile.
