**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, implementation, and monitoring of the prevention plan.
* Conducting risk assessments.
* Developing and monitoring the preventive activity schedule.
* Monitoring and controlling accident investigations.
* Preparing and monitoring occupational injury statistics.
* Training and mentoring employees.
* Monitoring and controlling health surveillance.
* Monitoring and controlling coordination of business activities.
* Assigning and controlling individual protective equipment.
* Monitoring and controlling safety and health committees.
* Monitoring and controlling prevention for temporary agency workers.
* Conducting periodic inspections, emergency drills, and emergency plans.
* Supporting professional development of team members and enhancing their knowledge and competencies.
* Annual review of the prevention plan by management.
* Ensuring compliance with the Gender Equality Plan within the scope of responsibility.
* Always complying with occupational health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Performing duties and assuming responsibilities outlined in the Prevention Plan and the Quality Management System.
* Always complying with the Quality Management System and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD).
* Implementing and respecting the company’s environmental policy, taking responsibility for one’s specific area.
* Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties: safety, hygiene, ergonomics and psychosociology.
* Bachelor’s degree, licentiate degree, or diploma.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention.
* Willingness to travel: based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria but providing support to Fuerteventura, Arrecife, Tenerife, Seville, and Málaga (visits to sites at least every three months, except Tenerife which may require monthly visits).
* Proactivity, initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
* English proficiency is an asset.
