Job Summary: We are seeking Estimation and Planning Engineers to analyze and develop projects, manage cost estimations, and support production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and manage project plans, including scope and budget. 2. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects. 3. Coordinate teams and supervise project progress. **Hidramar Group** is looking to hire **2 (two)** **Estimation and Planning Engineers** to join our technical team in Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing projects, managing cost estimations, and supporting the production department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define, structure, and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. * Prepare cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects. * Prepare economic proposals and technical documentation for tender submissions. * Coordinate work teams and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning departments. * Supervise project progress in terms of timelines, costs, and quality. * Identify and analyze risks and opportunities, proposing proactive solutions. * Optimize processes and promote continuous improvement in project management and execution. * Communicate progress, results, and issues both internally and to clients. * Manage and update cost databases and references from previous projects. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Energy or related field). * Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in project planning and cost and budget estimation. * Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project) and Primavera. * Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of cost analysis. * Technical and economic analysis capability for projects. * High level of English Salary: 30\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
