We are looking for someone who goes beyond simple check-in procedures, becoming an ambassador of the unique experience our hotel offers, capable of conveying the essence and quality of our service so that each guest feels unique and special from the very first moment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Being the friendly face of the hotel, providing warm welcomes and efficiently managing check-in/check-out processes. * Attending to and fulfilling guest requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. * Handling phone calls and keeping guests informed. * Performing billing and cash collection tasks, including currency exchange. * Ensuring smooth communication by accurately passing on relevant incident reports between shifts. * Accurately and responsibly carrying out cash register controls and closing procedures. * Strictly complying with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum of 12 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Fluency in English, Spanish, and a third language (German or French will be positively valued). * Immediate availability to start. * Relevant training related to the position will be considered a plus.
