Administrative Accounting Technician

At Francisco de Luis, S.L., an importing and distribution company of raw materials and packaging products in continuous growth, we are seeking an administrative accounting professional who is passionate about administrative, accounting, and financial aspects of business and wishes to become part of our team. If you have experience with accounting and administrative tools, customer and supplier portfolio management, and digital file organization, this could be the opportunity for you to join our administrative team at the headquarters of Francisco de Luis, S.L. - Ingenio - Gran Canaria. - Training in Administration or Accounting, and an organized individual. - Organization, proactiveness, and a vision for continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who not only follows processes but also wants to participate in improving them. FUNCTIONS: - Provide support to the administrative and finance departments, both for customers and suppliers. - Record settlements and invoices; perform account reconciliations and track pending payments. - Process invoicing and expenses and manage related tasks. - Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable, and monitor outstanding balances. - Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on pending balances to be reconciled. - Daily accounting entries: income, expenses, collections, payments. - Support monthly closing procedures and provide documentation for audits. Minimum Requirements: - ESSENTIAL: - Education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training cycle in Administration, Accounting, or similar fields. - Knowledge: Candidates must possess accounting knowledge through having performed typical job functions involving daily accounting recording of transactions. - Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with A3 ERP is desirable but not essential. - Language: Spanish required; English is desirable but not essential. - Sector: Administration, Accounting. - Availability: Immediate.
