Joining our store teams means working in a co\-creation environment where we live our company values and purpose together with customers. **Will You Join Us?** We introduce you to it here in this video: That’s why we count on you as a **Store Logistics Associate**, whose primary mission will be to ensure the correct management of merchandise flows—from entry into the store through to making items available to customers in-store or preparing deliveries via our various existing channels. **Main Responsibilities** ***Logistics Flows:*** Carry out receipt, sorting, and mechanization of merchandise entering the store to optimize logistics flows and ensure proper placement in the sales area, service section, and for customers. Locate customer orders generated in-store by date to facilitate handling of such merchandise by the Service Department. ***Merchandise Control:*** Perform physical stock checks, warehouse inventories, and manage the store’s demarcation to guarantee accurate and healthy stock levels. ***Waste Management:*** Ensure store-generated waste is managed within the legal parameters set by the company, thereby achieving corporate social responsibility goals. ***Maintenance of Logistics Areas:*** Maintain cleanliness in the store’s receiving and reserve areas while complying with Safety regulations, ensuring safe movement within these zones. **What We Offer?** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, our purpose gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
