At Grupo Pérez Moreno, a business group with over 55 years of experience and presence across diverse sectors, we are seeking a **Quality and Environmental Technician** to support the management of our quality and environmental management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting operational teams in applying quality and environmental best practices in the day-to-day delivery of the Group’s services and projects.
Responsibilities:
* Support management in defining and monitoring quality and sustainability objectives, SWOT analysis, risks, and opportunities.
* Collaborate in preparing technical quality and environmental documentation for tenders, when required.
* Maintain and improve the quality and environmental management system.
* Verify compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
* Prepare, review, and maintain technical quality and environmental documentation for various services and projects, in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Manage operational document control: records, indicators, incidents, corrective actions, and non-conformities.
* Plan, coordinate, and attend internal and external audits of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Carbon Footprint), and follow up on resulting actions.
* Supervise and control environmental aspects related to operations: waste management, resource consumption, emissions, discharges, operational control, and compliance with environmental legislation.
* Conduct site visits to workplaces and service locations to verify proper application of quality, environmental, and best practice criteria.
* Deliver training and awareness activities to staff on waste management and environmental best practices.

Minimum requirements:
* Technical or university education in quality, environment, engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in service-oriented roles.
* Knowledge of management systems based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\.
* Ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with operational teams.
Desirable:
* Direct experience in service or project execution environments.
* Experience in audits, tracking of non-conformities, and legal requirement control.
