**Description:** ---------------- A company in the vitivinicultural sector, a benchmark in the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin in the Roa area, is seeking to hire a **Viticulture and Enology Technician**. The **responsibilities** are: * Providing technical advice to viticulturists. * Organizing and coordinating the grape harvest campaign. * Administrative management related to vineyard operations. * Maintaining and updating the vineyard cadastre, including registrations, cancellations, modifications, transfers, etc. * Supervising documentation required from suppliers. * Coordinating fieldwork during the grape harvest campaign. * Managing and maintaining IFS records outside the grape harvest campaign. The **requirements** are: * Degree in Technical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in similar roles within the vitivinicultural sector. * Knowledge of IFS regulations and record-keeping requirements. * Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate grape harvest campaigns. * Residence in the area is an advantage. The company **offers:** * Permanent contract with immediate start. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00\-15:00. * Salary: €30,000\-€35,000 gross/year.
