Job Summary: We are seeking a PRL Technician to strengthen the Prevention Department, conducting risk assessments, training, and occupational risk control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ref.\-Nr.: **ES00306** Employment Type: **Full-Time** Contract Type: **Permanent Contract** WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Rheinmetall Expal Munitions is seeking a **PRL Technician** to reinforce the Prevention Department at our factory located in Páramo de Masa, Burgos. Key duties and responsibilities include: * Conducting and reviewing risk assessments and ensuring their implementation. * Delivering training and informational activities. * Identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks. * Investigating accidents and incidents. * Promoting safe practices and ensuring their implementation. * Coordinating with external prevention services (SPA). * Ensuring proper functioning of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Supporting audits. * Fostering interest and cooperation in preventive culture. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry. + Advanced studies or a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is desirable. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial environments within a PRL department. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Valid driver’s license. * Training in ISO standards. * Strong decision-making ability and work autonomy. Leadership and team motivation skills. * Strategic decision-making capability and high adaptability to change.
