This company stands out for its extensive track record and experience, focusing on quality and sustainability of its projects at its Burgos delegation. We seek candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in urban development and linear construction projects. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, defining construction designs, evaluating equipment specifications, and managing equipment procurement proposals. Additionally, you will interact directly with suppliers and clients and closely collaborate with the technical team during project execution. Responsibilities: Analytical capability regarding the assigned project. Planning and organization of the construction site. Proposal of procedures and strategies to improve performance and project outcomes. Cost control (cost allocations, evaluated reports, monthly closings, deviation analysis). Preparation of comparative analyses (purchase order and contract control). Supplier and subcontractor management. Preparation of measurements and proposal of certification to the client. Quality assurance control. Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on-site. Requirements * Degree in Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Engineering in Roads, Canals and Ports, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in urban development, linear construction, and irrigation projects. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. * Class B driver’s license.
