Your main responsibilities may include: \- Supporting client and travel agency relationship management and development, with a focus on loyalty and effective incident resolution. \- Collaborating on optimizing and commercializing strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. \- Handling and managing international requests and reservations, including follow-up, confirmations, and modifications to ensure high-quality service delivery. \- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives. ### **Requirements** \- Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training programs or undergraduate degrees). \- Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are valued. \- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. \- Proactive profile with eagerness to grow within a dynamic and multicultural environment. \- Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is appreciated. ### **What We Offer** At Keytel, you will become part of a leading travel-sector company experiencing continuous growth and global expansion, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
