Job Summary: Grupo Téciman seeks a Technical Architect to support the Studies Department in preparing offers, technical documentation, and construction tenders, as well as creating Building and Housing Books. For new projects in the Building sector, we require a **Technical Architect** to support the Studies Department in preparing offers, technical documentation, and construction tenders, as well as in the preparation of Building Books and Housing Books. **Responsibilities** * Support the Studies Department in preparing construction offers and tenders. * Preparation of technical documentation for public and private tenders. * Execution of measurements, technical reports, and administrative documentation associated with building projects. * Preparation and development of Building Books and Housing Books. * Review and organization of technical documentation for projects and construction works. * Coordination with technical teams for gathering information and construction documentation. * Support in preparing budgets and technical studies according to project requirements. **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture. * Experience in preparing technical construction documentation and building projects. * Knowledge of offer preparation, measurements, and tender documentation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational and document management skills. * Experience in preparing Building Books and rehabilitation documentation will be valued. * Knowledge of Revit or BIM environments will be valued. **Workplace:** * Burgos **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract and stable project.
