We are looking for a high-potential candidate to join the Procurement team at our new hotel, **Castilla Termal Palacio de Avellaneda** (Peñaranda de Duero \- Burgos). Your main **responsibilities** will be: * Goods control * Financial control of goods throughout the procurement process * Receiving and warehousing of products * Management of movements and inventories, including variance analysis * Close collaboration with Procurement, Kitchen, and Operations teams **What do we offer?** * Employment with an established 5\*-segment hotel chain. * Indefinite full-time contract * Participation in a greenfield project (pre-opening). * A development and growth plan within the company. **What are we looking for?** * Education in Administration/Finance * Minimum 1 year of experience in control, administration, or hospitality/foodservice environments. * Proficiency in Excel * Interest in cost analysis and data management. * Organized profile with attention to detail and eagerness to learn. * Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. **What will make you stand out:** We seek attitude, curiosity, and ambition to grow.
