Responsibilities include surveillance and access control, supporting healthcare staff in patient mobilization and transfer, as well as transporting medical documentation and supplies. The role also involves maintaining order and security throughout the facilities, managing visitor access, and guiding the public. The work takes place in a dynamic environment demanding adaptability, teamwork, and an empathetic attitude toward patients and their families. Confidentiality of information must be ensured, and current hygiene and safety protocols must be strictly followed. Presence is required across various hospital areas, from the Emergency Department to inpatient wards. Prior experience in healthcare settings is valued, although specific training will be provided as needed. This position is critical to fostering a positive organizational climate and ensuring operational efficiency, directly impacting service quality. Residence in Burgos city is mandatory. Availability for rotating shifts and full-time work is required. A driver's license or personal vehicle is not required. Prior experience in the healthcare sector or in similar roles is desirable.
