**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 5 Field Technicians to implement conservation best practices aimed at reducing threats to critically endangered species in Burgos. **Workplace** -------------------- * Burgos **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Activities to reduce the impact of the invasive American mink on the European mink. * Live trapping, monitoring, and trapping using floating platforms within the European mink’s distribution area. * Installation of traps, periodic inspection, and maintenance. * Completion of work forms. * Other fieldwork-related activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the selection process, documentary evidence supporting the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain), or possess academic and/or professional work experience of at least six months relevant to the position offered and/or to the functions described. ### **Prior Experience** * At least three months of employment-based experience in monitoring wild fauna. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to travel to field sites up to 50% of working time. * Valid Spanish Class B driving license (valid and in force). * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Word (to be verified during technical assessment). * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to be verified during technical assessment). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Environmental training comprising at least 2,000 hours. ### **Prior Experience** * From three months to one year of experience in American mink control and/or European mink monitoring using floating platforms (academic and/or employment-based) (to be verified during technical assessment). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in operating off-road vehicles (to be verified during technical assessment). * Employment-based experience with public companies or institutions. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 7 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule.
