We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Castilla y León team and deliver high-quality home-based care. **What will you do daily?** Your role is fundamental to ensuring our patients’ well-being. You will be responsible for: * Coordinating and managing home visits with patients and their families. * Instructing and educating patients on the use of prescribed equipment and therapy. * Providing personalized care to resolve questions and incidents.
