Position Summary: We are seeking a technical draftsperson for detailed 2D drawing design in interior design and construction projects, performing structural calculations and on-site measurements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed design and precise surface development. 2. Performing structural calculations for projects. 3. Taking on-site measurements and managing documentation. We seek a candidate to carry out the technical preparation of 2D drawings, focused on interior design and construction projects in Saldaña de Burgos. The primary responsibility will be detailed design and surface development—such as kitchen and bathroom countertops—with a high degree of precision. The position also includes performing necessary structural calculations to correctly execute projects, demonstrating strong analytical ability. A significant portion of the work involves taking direct on-site measurements—including residential units, façades, and commercial premises—and accurately transferring them to technical drawings. Final technical drawings—ready for production and assembly—as well as management of all related documentation are expected. Mobility and the ability to conduct on-site measurements are essential. Prior experience in preparing drawings for various fields is highly valued. Technical education in Drafting, Technical Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in 2D design tools (AutoCAD or similar). Analytical capability for structural calculations. Availability for travel and on-site measurement tasks. Meticulous individual with strong spatial awareness and precision in handling data. Minimum 2 years of experience.
