Here, you’ll find a space to **design your future and transform that of everyone**. **WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE** * **A contract:** To gain professional experience or continue developing your career. * **Immediate hiring opportunity.** * **Shift work:** Morning / Afternoon shifts. * **We care about your wellbeing:** Psychological, financial, and legal support for you and your family. * **Training and development** to help you grow every day. * **A safe space**, free from discrimination and harassment. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your work will be essential to our cell assembly line, performing among others the following responsibilities: * Execute and ensure correct performance of job tasks. * Support colleagues by ensuring adherence to takt times and participating in incident analysis processes. * Participate in departmental meetings, proactively proposing solutions and process improvements. * Inspect the product before initiating the station’s assembly process to ensure prior tasks were correctly completed. * Take responsibility for and maintain company-provided equipment, verifying its proper condition before use and reporting issues when necessary. * Conduct mechanical and electrical inspection of the product, possessing critical judgment to assess potential failures detected and communicating findings to your supervisor to implement corrections on drawings and ensure correct product delivery to the customer. * Strong problem-solving capability to address challenges arising during the assembly process—covering a broad range of scenarios requiring proactive personnel capable of learning diverse systems and identifying appropriate solutions. * Participate in information flow between colleagues and the liaison. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Vocational Training Level I/II in Mechanics or Electricity/Electronics, or equivalent. * **Willingness to learn and proactive attitude:** If you enjoy learning new things and working collaboratively, you’ll do so daily surrounded by experienced professionals. * **Basic knowledge of tools and software:** Experience handling tools and assembling switchgear; experience on production lines. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle**, enabling punctual arrival at work. **Can you imagine being part of a team working to change the future of energy?
